Managing Attendance Registers



Auto-fill registers and perform roll-calls

Create an initial attendance register for the year. This serves as the baseline for expected attendees throughout the year. The system can autofill expected attendees based on previous events.

Avoid recapturing each attendee for every event. Instead, staff can perform a roll call, marking contacts as present or absent. Additional contacts can be added to these attendance registers as needed.

This approach is quicker for staff and simplifies management. Typically, one person is responsible for creating the annual calendar of events, rather than allowing individual capturers to create events themselves.

Upon creation, each register includes all prior attendees, but none are initially marked as attended. As roll calls are conducted, the attendance status is updated. Management can then review progress on a weekly or monthly basis using the program management report.
