The system allows you to track and record interventions for beneficiaries on a one-to-one basis, as well as multiple interventions for the same beneficiary simultaneously. One approach is to create a note type for each type of intervention and add it to the beneficiary's contact record with the date the intervention occurred. This generates a monthly attendance register to track each beneficiary’s interventions.
You can also configure the system to record single interventions, which is useful for detailed tracking and analysis of interventions over time.
To get a list of beneficiary interventions over a specific date range, use the notes report. This report displays all interventions recorded for each beneficiary, including the date and time of occurrence. The statistics report provides counts of different intervention types, helping monitor overall activity and progress.
For group activities, use attendance registers to track participation. This helps assess the overall impact of group activities and understand the benefits for the beneficiaries involved.
